Porridge with Dates and Cardamom

This is a very light and ready to eat porridge. Two minutes in microwave with a little milk or almond milk can give you a quick healthy breakfast, lunch or dinner. A hint of cardamom make it so delicious along with a zing from crystallized ginger. You can add any nuts of your choice. Natural sweetness from dates which just dissolve in your mouth. My dad eats it everyday and enjoys it with added spoonful of dried blueberries and cashews.
