Description
Macadamia nuts contain a type of Vitamin E called tocotrienols, which may help fight cancer as well as protect the brain. High energy and fat and no carb and low in sugar. About 1 oz serving is about 10–12 nuts and contains around 200 calories. So do not over eat. Compared to other common edible seeds such as almonds and cashews, macadamias are high in fat and low in protein. They have the highest amount of monounsaturated fats of any known seed.
