This perfectly balanced granola baked up in generous clusters and hearty crunch is too tempting to pass up! The oats are toasted with coconut oil until they browned and caramelized with a hint of sweetness added from local Nelson honey. We love having a big jar of it in the kitchen, to eat with milk for breakfast, over yogurt and drizzled with honey late at night, or as it is, by the grasped handful, anytime you pass the jar.
