This perfectly balanced granola baked up in generous clusters and hearty crunch is too tempting to pass up. The oats are toasted until they’ve browned and caramelized with a hint of sweetness from the honey. Then there’s the richness from the toasted almonds and juicy cranberries and wholesomeness from the coconut oil and ginger. We love having a big jar of it in the kitchen, to eat with milk for breakfast, over yogurt and drizzled with honey late at night, or as it is, by the grasped handful, anytime you pass the jar.
