Buckwheat (Gluten Free Grain)



Buckwheat is a pseudocereal that is actually a seed but is commonly consumed like a grain.  It is made up of carbs but also proteins, minerals and antioxidants.  Buckwheat contains Manganese, Copper, Magnesium and Phosphorus.  It also has the added benefit of being high in fiber and gluten free.
